It is proven with its achievement in obtaining national accreditation from the Hospital Accreditation Committee (KARS) and international accreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI).

The hospital was designed by world-class architects and was one of the finalists of the 2019 World Architecture Festival in the Completed Building-Health category.
RS Pondok Indah - Bintaro Jaya also won the PERSI Golden Award 2020 for the Paramakarya Dharmartha Husada category with the theme "Hospital with the Best Preparedness for the COVID-19 Pandemic". This award was given to five hospitals throughout Indonesia, and RS Pondok Indah – Bintaro Jaya won the PERSI Golden Award for the private hospital category. This year's PERSI Golden Award aims to give appreciation to hospitals that are successful in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
