South Tangerang – October 14, 2024 Inauguration of Service Level Standards (SPM) upgrade at Jurangmangu Station was held on Saturday, October 12, 2024.

The revitalization of Jurangmangu Station is a collaboration between the Ministry of Transportation, South Tangerang City Government, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), and the Public Company, PT Jaya Real Property Tbk.

This project goes beyond merely upgrading the station’s facilities, as Jurangmangu Station is part of the development of a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) area, which will add value for Commuterline users. These improvements, in line with Service Level Standards, are part of a roadmap for integrated, modern, and pedestrian-friendly rail transportation system

Currently, Jurangmangu Station is integrated with the bustling Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall via an underground tunnel. The station also has convenient access to the Jakarta–Serpong toll gate.

The enhancement of Service Level Standards at Jurangmangu Station will provide added value to the Bintaro area, especially in Tangerang Selatan, and is expected to increase public interest in using public transportation.

At the awarding ceremony entitled "Jawa Pos 7 Most Popular Brand of The Year 2024" which was held at Balai Kartini, Jakarta on Tuesday (3/9), PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) won a prestigious award as one of the best brands in the Residential Property Sector category.

In this event, Jawa Pos recorded the 7 most popular brands for 60 select categories based on a survey conducted by Jawa Pos together with Infovesta, one of the leading research and data processing companies in Indonesia.

The survey involved 19,000 respondents from various locations; starting from DKI Jakarta (15.8 percent), East Java (10.9 percent), West Java (10.0 percent), Banten (9.0 percent), Central Java (8.9 percent), and others. This data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a multistage area random sampling method, where respondents were asked to choose the brand they first thought of for each category.

With the acceptance of this award by Tina S. Hadisumarto as the Head of the Directorate of PT Jaya Real Property, Tbk (JRPT) JRPT, this achievement marks the success of JRPT which always strives to present innovative products that are in line with consumer needs.
